If you have a problem with your OUID or password and cannot login to the portal, please go to OU Help on the portal at https://myottawa.ottawa.edu/ICS/OU_Help/

You can reset your password and there are links that provides you with information so that you can call or email the OU Helpdesk to verify your OUID and password.
