If I borrow an article on interlibrary loan, can I make copies of the article for me class?

If you borrow an article on Interlibrary Loan then it is for personal use only. It may not be copied and given out to members of your class and it cannot be made available by posting in an online class.
If you have permission in writing from the author of the article to do so, then this is allowed, otherwise you are in violation of copyright law.
