We have Business Week in LexisNexis but not back to 1986. You will need to contact our Interlibrary Loan librarian for a copy of the article you need. Please email jan.lee@ottawa.edu  so that she can order the article for you. Make sure that when you contact her to ask for the article, you send her the article's name of the author, the title of the article, the journal title, the journal year and volume numbers of the article and page number where the article can be found.
