i need trade publications pertaining to EEO and EEOC. Can I access them online?

Yes, they can be accessed online. To find them, I would put EEOC as your search term in the search box and change the option next to the search box to to SU subject. Then to get trade publications you must be sure to leave the scholarly peer-review check mark box unchecked when you do your search, and only mark the full-text below the text box.
