how do I do a citation and reference for a website?

I am quoting basic facts about a company by using their website (example: www.biolea.gr). I am unsure of how to do the citation and reference. I am assuming the company is the author.

Please see this link  http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/10/  and use the Nonperiodical website example as a guideline for creating your Biolea website reference. If you need to cite the website in your paper, (I went to the website to look at who had created it) then you would cite it using (Biolea, 1997) as your intext citation.
