Assignment requiring reference text for Corkie Hedlund

Hello,
I have an assignment due Wednesday morning for Corkie Hedlund's Nontraditional Team Sports class, which requires that all students refer to a textbook that is out of print. Corkie told the class that the library has the book for reading only on the premises, but your site says that the books has multiple copies available for circulation.
I don't live on campus (I actually live in Lawrence) and will probably not have access to campus until Wednesday morning, unless the book is available to borrow and I could quickly pick it up on Tuesday (tomorrow). Could you clarify -
Is the text, The New Games Book by Fleugelman, available to borrow or only as a reference book?
Is the library open Tuesday 9/3 & Wednesday 9/4 non-holiday hours, 7:45 am to midnight?

Answer

Hi Molly

All Corkie Hedlund's books and articles are available to her students on Reserve at the front desk. These items cannot be checked out as take home items but are checkoutable as in library use 3 hour loans only. That means that if you come to the library you can read them at your convenience or photocopy the articles you need to read over a three hour period of time, but you cannot take the physical item away from the library with you.

Our library is now open Monday through Thursday 7.45am until Midnight, starting today 9/3.

Do let me know if you have any more questions.
