Question: I had started research for a paper I am working on. I had 8 files saved in the folder. Now I cannot access that folder on ebscohost and it says that my id and password are invalid. I had also bookmarked a link and that also says unable to access due to an internal error. I need access to those articles for citation information in my paper that is due tomorrow!!! Help!!!

I would suggest that you go to "Sign in In Ebschost" page and look at the bottom of the login. It gives you options for resetting your password like
I would try those. It that does not work then I will need to connect you with Ebsco Technical Services since our library does not control the personal access accounts; but they do as administrators.
