Q. conflict resolution case studies

I am preparing an online course in Conflict Resolution and would like to use a realistic case study as a final project.

Answer

Hello Peter

If you go to Ebscohost and checkmark the Academic Search Premier and Business Source Premier databases and click continue, you shoud then see a search box. Go below the search box to "Document Type" and limit it to searching for case studies. Make sure you then limit your search further by checkmarking your boxes to full-text and peer-revewed/scholarly and set your time limits. If you then enter the terms CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND CASE STUDY  you will find 260 articles if you did not limit your search by time.

There are also two tutorials that can help with this search for case studies too. One explains how to search using Ebscohost (which limits your search to case studies found in Harvard Business Review) and another shows how to find Case Studies in CCH Intelliconnect which is our HR and Medical database and will also include case studies on topics of interest to you.

Also if you go to our two Ebook collections in Ebscohost, we have books that have case studies on conflict resolution in them as well.

I hope this helps.

Let me know if you need any further help with finding case studies.
