Kansas Library Card Number

Hello, my name is Teresa Crawford, student #289391. I was wondering if I could get a Kansas library card number so that I could access the Learning Express database?

Before I can get you a card, I would need your birth date, since it is required to enter when I apply for your card. Can you send it to me please?
