In ebscohost we have several medical databases, I would choose the following databases: Alt Healthwatch, Heath Source Consumer Edition, Health Source Nursing and Medline by checking the box next to them and then press continue, since it is possible to search across databases. Then I would combine the terms "medical records" AND "electronic records" and then under the search screen check the boxes for full text and scholarly peer-reviewed journals. I did this search in Ebsco and found 1,388 articles. You might try replicating it and then going through the articles by reading their abstracts to see which would be useful to you. If you still do not find articles on the subject you are looking for, then try different subject terms continue your searching.
