I only received half of your question through this morning on opening the Virtual Librarian, so it is possible that in this email to you I might have missed a question that you may have asked but I didn't receive; and so I could not reply to it. Please feel free to email me back if you have not received an answer to a question you may have had.
If you go to Ebscohost and look for ebooks you will see two collections of them. The Academic Collection and then our older netlibrary collection which is just called ebook collection. If you check the boxes next to them and click continue in Ebscohost you will be able to search across both collections with ease. If you go to the Research Guides link in the OU Portal and find our History & Geography Research Guide there are two video tutorials that will show you how you can search the ebook collection and also how to download ebooks from Ebscohost. If you have any further questions about ebooks, feel free to call me at the number below. There are 100,000 or more of them in our collection.
