To get to the Library Databases login to the Myers Library Online page with your OUID and password. Once on that page find the Online Databases and choose the following databases by checkmarking the box next to them: At Health Watch, Cinahl FT, Medline, Health Source Nursing. Then go to limit your search in the green section below the search box and check the scholarly and full-text searches. Then enter your search terms and click continue. I have combined the search terms: evidence based medice AND barriers AND knowledge and I found 116 articles. You might try combining the other terms you have like skills with the first two terms and see what you get in terms of articles.
