While doing an internet search I came across the following thesis, listed as being available in your library.

Sorry to keep you waiting so long with a reply. Our school has been closed for two days due to a snow storm.
If you are an OU student with a valid OUID, then call me at 785-248-2536 and I will make arrangements to check send this thesis to you as a checkout at our library using your OUID via the mail.
If you are a member of the public and not an OU student, then if you wish to borrow this thesis, please make contact with your nearest public library and have them request it for you on Interlibrary Loan. We will be willing to send it out to them for your use for whatever length of time they choose. We will also grant a renewal if you need one.
