If you login to the OU portal then please go to the Periodicals A to Z link on the Myers Library Online Page. You should find it on the right hand side of the page. When it opens there is a search box. Type the Journal title in the search box and make sure you limit your search to journal articles only. If you find the journal it will have a link that will take you right into the databases. Once in the journal find the correct date, journal number and issue number and you should be able to find the article in full-text. I do know for sure that we have the first article you are looking for in full-text in our databases. The second article is not available in our databases, so I would suggest that if you want it you contact our Interlibrary Loan Librarian, jan.lee@ottawa.edu to get the article. Please be aware that it can take between 7-10 days to get the article through ILL and it will not cost you anything at all, and it will be an article that you can keep.
