I am looking for articles related to labeling and mental health

I would like to find peer reviewed journal articles that discuss studies regarding how labeling affects mental health. I have tried different search terms but cannot seem to find any matches.

I would suggest that when you login to the databases, you use Ebscohost and limt searching in only the PsycArticles, Social Science Index FT and Psychology and Behavioral Science Collection. To search across them check the boxes next to them and limit your search to full-text and scholarly peer-reviewed by checking the boxes below the searchbox. When you search please try using the terms            mental health patients AND labeling theory

You should be able to find several articles. I found 44 articles when doing the search above, but then I did not limit my search  to scholarly articles, so you should find several articles less.  If you don't find what you are looking for then you just have to be patient when selecting search terms and just keep trying to find synonyms that would be useful to combine to find your articles.
