Do you have information about how the OU Yearbooks got started?

Answer

The OU yearbook was started by Junior classes following the tradition of Eastern colleges:

·       Juniors paid for book being created e.g. The Boxer

·       1900-project undertaking by students CA  Neighbours and Chapman to see how book could be published since it was very expensive

·       Got the trustees to publish them as Annuals to relieve class costs—University trustees would receive unsold copies at ½ price
