We do not use article numbers like the one you sent.
Please contact Jan Lee our interlibrary loan librarian at jan.lee@ottawa.edu and when you do she will need the following sent to her: your name, address, student id # and then we need the name of the article, the name of the author(s)of the article and journal where it is from and the journal volume number and issue number in order to fill this ILL for you.
If you find an article in Ebscohost and it is not in full-text, usually there is a link that you can click on at the bottom of the article that will send you directly GoogleScholar and then if you cannot find the article there it will send you to the ILL desk and you can fill out the request online there and send it in to be filled for you.
