I am being asked to sign in again after clicking the "Check LinkSource". Is there a way I can do this, for my password is not working?

It is not your password of id that is at fault. We have been having a major problem with the proxy server here at Ottawa over the past few days because what has happened with you is also happening with several other students that are in off-site locations. In trying to fix our problem, we need to replicate the error that you are receiving. Would you please send me a copy of the error by clicking the prtscn button on your computer and then the ctrl + v  buttons together, please and copy your screen error to your email. Could you send that on to me at gloria.creeddikeogu@ottawa.edu

If you are finding that you need an article that is not in full-text in our databases, then please gather the information (journal title, journal issue and number, author's name and article name) and send it on to our Interlibrary Loan Librarian at jan.lee@ottawa.edu and she can request it for you free of charge from another library. It might take a few days for us to get the article for you, so let her know by what date you would need it.
