If you go to Ebscohost and checkmark the Business Source Premier and Academic Search Premier databases and then make sure when you get a search box, you limit them to peer-review and full-text by checking those boxes below the search box. Then you should try combining the main terms that you have and see what you can find. I combined the terms: personality traits AND negative effectiveness and got 33 full-text articles. I also did a search combining management AND personality traits AND negative effectiveness and found 11 articles. You might consider replicating my searches or otherwise keep changing your terms and think of synonyms when doing your searches in Ebsco until you are able to find the articles that would provide you with the information you need.
