If you login to the OU portal and find the Myers Library Online page, look for our Periodicals A to Z link. Even if you are logged into the portal you will probably have to login again to use the link. Put your journal title in the search box, choose 'journals' at the bottom of the box and click search and make sure that the box next to the title is on "Title begins with". You will find that we do have the journal in full-text in our databases. Once the Journal title is listed, you can click on the database link for Education Research Complete and it will take you right into the journal you are looking for. Once in the journal you will see on the right hand side a list of years. Choose the year that you want and follow the links as it will give you journal issues and issue numbers, and you can search for your article that way until you get to the full-text article you need.
