On the articles that I find in the EBSCO site, if they don't have a pdf file, how do I find the complete article

Answer

Hello Ramona

There are two types of files: pdf and html. If you do not find either and there is only an abstract, then we do not have the full-text for that article. Please get the information about the article, author, title, year of publication, volume and issue number and title of publication and send them to Jan Lee our Interlibrary Loan Librarian at jan.lee@ottawa.edu. She will need your address, phone number and OU email to be able to get the article for you. It can take anything from 3 to 7 days to get it for you via ILL. It is free and an article you can keep.

Thanks.
