It is possible to look for information in the Databases like eg. Ebscohost, Computer Source Database, but the quickest reference materials are available on the Internet. Usually for that type of position they want a BS or an MS in Computer Science/Computer Programming. The person should know SQL and be a specialist in creating database warehouses and have many different programming languages and also have done Business courses as well. There are several certifications offered by Oracle that can be taken as well. I have a link below that explains it.
