Good Morning, This is my first class back in school after a few years. What database do you suggest I search for a paper on organizational behavior?

I would suggest that you go to the Myers Library Online page in the OU Portal, myottawa.ottawa and then go to the Online Library Databases link. If you go to the Ebscohost database, checkmark the Academic Search Premier and also the Business Source Premier databases and then click continue. You will get a search box. Once you get your search box enter the terms you want to into the box and combine them with AND. Organizational behavior is a very broad term so I would combine it with some more terms before completing your search. Make sure that you look below the search box for the full-text and peer-reviewed boxes and check them both. Then you can do your search.
