I need help finding journals/articles about workplace discrimination
Answer
Hello Kathrine
If you go to the Myers Library Online and login to the Online Library Databases with your OUID and Password, you can go either of the following databases to find full-text articles on your topic:
If you go to Ebscohost, checkmark the Academic Search Premier and the Business Source Premier databases you can do your search, but make sure that before you put your search terms in the box, you go below the search box and checkmark the full-text and scholarly/peer-reviewed boxes.
You can also find full-text on your topic by either searching our CCH Intelliconnect Database which is our HR Database, our LexisNexis Database or our Gale Insight Global database. If you are looking for government information about the topic, CCH Intelliconnect is your best search option. When you open this database you will find a tutorial that will show you how to use this database and you will be prompted to create your own personal login once in the database.
If you have any further questions about searching please email me back or call me at the number below.
Thanks.
