Hello,

I'm wanting to do a research paper on HR challenges in healthcare. Would you be able to provide me some assistance? For some reason the Gangwish Library is giving me an error message and it won't let me gain access. It keeps asking me for a password and when I enter my password for my log in it doesn't work. Can yo help me?

Hello Jasmine

You will need to login to the OU Portal to access the databases with your OUID and password. If you are having problems getting into the portal you will need to either contact the 24/7 link on the OU website or your advisor.

If you want full-text articles go to Business Search Premier in Ebscohost and make sure that you checkmark the full-text and peer-reviewed journal boxes below the search box before conducting your search. If you combine human resources challenges and healthcare you will find lots of articles, so you are going to have to find additional terms to limit your search. When I did this search combining your terms with and I found  362  articles so I would suggest very much that you refine the search to include additional and specific terms.
