Is this the correct email address?
I have sent a few emails to the library.ottawa.edu address, and have yet to receive anything back. I found this address on another page in the library and was wondering if IT is the correct one? My original email was regarding help with researching in the databases. I can not locate any articles to most of the subjects I look up. I try every keyword I can think of, every time. It takes me days to find a subject if I even can, and I know I could do better. I just need to be given the right skills to know how to do it. Is there anything you can do to help me?

To get to the Online Library Databases you have to login to the Gangwish Library Online through the OU Portal using your OUID and password. Once in the library page, go to the Online Library Databases link on the right hand side of the page. It is really simple. You should not have to do anything else, just choose a library database you want to use and follow the instructions given to you about each one. The easiest to use is Ebscohost. It is a suite of many subject databases. If you checkmark the databases you want to search you will get a search box and you can try them out.
