Gangwish database question
Gangwish database question
Dear Librarian,
I go to Ottawa's AZ campus and I was working in the Gangwish databases and I copied a link to one of the articles but now when I try to load that link it wants me to log back into the database and when I put in my Ottawa credentials it says they are wrong. EBSCOHOST will not accept them.
Any help?

The library does not do anything with passwords and OUID if they do not work so your best option would be to
go to the OU website and check on your OU password by going to password Lookuo or reset. Go to this link https://myottawa.ottawa.edu/ICS/OU_Help/
If you still cannot login using your OUID and Password, then you would need to check with OU IT to make sure that your password and ID is correct.
