Question: I am trying to get some peer reveiwed acticles on "cultural diversity when going to the doctor". I found some one article but can't find the text. It is "Facing diversity under institutional constraints: challenging situations for community nurses when providing care to ethnic minority patients." do you know where I can find this? I found it under EBSCO host but there is no article showing.

Answer
Hello Kelvin
If there is no article then that means you found an abstract and we do not have the article in full-text in our databases. Since this is not a very complex topic I would suggest doing some more searches in Ebscohost specifically in Cinahl (this is a nursing database with full-text); and the Health Source databases in Ebsco. Look for all the Medical databases and combine them before you search. Combine Cultural Diversity AND physician or try cultural diversity AND doctors visits and see what you get. Please know that you cannot search the databases using a sentence like you did. You have to use boolean searching specifications or you won't find what you are needing. Also make sure that before you do your search, you go down below the search box to limit to full-text articles and peer-reviewed articles or scholarly articles, by checking the boxes next to each. That will get you both scholarly and full-text articles when you search for your topic.
