what is a inerlibrary loan
Answer
Hello Wilma
Interlibrary loan is used to get books and articles from other libraries outside of Ottawa University. If you need a scholarly article and we do not have it in our databases, then you can email Jan Lee our interlibrary loan librarian and she will get the article for you. It takes about 7 days to get the article but usually you get it for free and you can keep it. If you are at the main campus then we can get books for you on interlibrary loan.
Thanks
